about me
concept artist · technical designer · outdoor enthusiast
HOWDY!
I'm Bridget, a concept artist and creative technologist based in Greater Boston, MA. I'm currently pursuing my MFA in Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design, building on a foundation in Computer Science (BS).
I'm wholeheartedly dedicated to giving my art to the world by making complex technical systems accessible and uniting space science (my childhood passion) and storytelling. My past experiences as a software engineer are invaluable in helping me make technical concepts feel tangible and alive.
When I'm not at my desk, I'm usually outside: hiking, kayaking, birding, or foraging. I spent three months doing ecological restoration work at the Great Marsh in northeastern Massachusetts, which was one of the stranger and better decisions I've made.
I have a background in embedded systems, full-stack development, and computer vision, and I'm currently learning Blender and technical art tools to integrate that background with my art practice. Feel free to get in touch!
